On December 10, 2018 I met Maam Ruwina Gonzaga at the Bancasi Airport, she and RD Maricar with me had a short talk and we learned she is resigning. Alma Sy Patron mentioned to me of the vacancy of the PSHS - Caraga sometimes in December 2018. I Googled to look for said vacancy and got the requirements which mentioned submission is online. I was just done with the requirements of PRC. Here I was again preparing for another application. Timeline until Interview and Notice.
